Titanium alignment wire is used to replace the standard NiCr cutting wire. This material increases cutting possibilities in the CNC foam machines and improves its quality.

The NiChrome cutting wire reaches a very high temperature in a few seconds, it has high resistance to traction and a high melting point. The NiChrome Wire (NiCr) has the perfect balance of tensile strength and energy requirements, making it not only perfect for cutting but also for most power supply capabilities.
The titanium alloy wire is a custom-made cutting wire used to replace the standard NiChrome wire. It is made to improve the cutting system and perfect its quality. It breaks less frequently (it lasts 5 to 6 times more than the NiCr wire) and is much more resistant to stretching at high temperatures. This wire can be used with a stronger tension spring or a pneumatic tensor, which means higher cutting speeds and better cutting quality.
