The hot wire cutter K18C is especially recommended for cutting signage, modelling, architecture, decoration elements, etc
This pantograph is perfect for cutting XPS and EPS.
The string cutters can be equipped with various optional items such as rotary table, lathe and form tools.
These will be detailed below. This tool can be put together on its vertical or horizontal axis and they are ideal for cutting columns or other rounded elements They can also be used for cutting pieces in 2.5D when the material turns after each contour cut.

Additionally, the hot wire cutter can also add tools with specific shapes.

Cutting wire

NiChrome Wire (NiCr) is perfect for cutting foam and EPS for a great variety of reasons, but particularly because it is corrosion and rust resistant at extremely high temperatures. Titanium alignment wire is used to replace the standard NiCr cutting wire. This material increases cutting possibilities in the CNC foam machines and improves its quality.
